What is the long term vision?
The vision is to build a portfolio of service companies headquartered in the Tech Valley region that will provide mission critical resources needed to take people and organizations, in this region and beyond, to the next level.

• We will help companies build great teams through Raize Professional and Raize Technical search firms.
• We will help companies train and develop their teams through the NextRidge Leadership Institute.
• We will help companies improve productivity and maximize the return on their technology investments through TAG Solutions and ANS.
• We will help companies access critical capital and selectively direct investment in companies through NextRidge Capital.

If needed, we will seamlessly integrate any or all of these services for our customers and may decide to selectively add additional core service companies over time to meet further customer needs.

How does this impact our employees?
As far as the day-to-day operations for the employees of our current strategic business units, things will remain business-as-usual. All SBU’s will retain their individual corporate identities and brands. Where they will be most impacted is by the expansion of our strategic business reach and the opportunities that will exist for them to work in varying roles, business sectors or geographies. NextRidge seeks to provide its employees with a dynamic culture that promotes opportunities for individual growth and development and plans to carry on the tradition that recognized us as one the Capital Region’s Best Places to Work in 2005.

How does this impact our shareholders?
The ownership of NextRidge will remain unchanged in this transition. The shareholders are excited about the opportunity to take the vision and values that have proven successful for us over the history of the organization and “spread the word”, if you will, to businesses and individuals in the Tech Valley region that are hungry for growth. Additionally, there is inherently in this process a re-infusion of the entrepreneurial spirit that has been prevalent at TAG throughout its 15 year history. The shareholders recognize that there is an under served market for providing core business services and strategic planning to growth companies within the Tech Valley Region, and their mission is to serve that market.

How does this impact our customers?
The customer base of our existing SBU’s will not be directly affected by these changes. All SBU’s will retain their individual corporate identities and brands, and for their customers it will be business-as-usual. We anticipate that adding new service businesses to the NextRidge family will offer additional opportunities for us to bring value to our customer base, whether it is direct application of the services or products we can provide, or access to our expanding network of partner relationships in the Tech Valley region. Either way, our clients can feel confident that the quality and customer care they have grown to depend on will always pervade every NextRidge company and partnership.

How does this impact our vendors?
This name change will not affect TAG vendors in any way.

How does this impact our future customers?
NextRidge provides organizations and people in Tech Valley with a starting point when they are thinking about taking steps to the next level of success. Our suite of service offerings is unrivaled in the area, and while we don’t seek to be all things to all people, we do have expertise in critical core areas that are imperative for growth no matter what sector, industry, or stage of personal career development you are at. We want people to think of NextRidge when they think of growth and opportunity. There is no reason for Tech Valley to be intimidated by the prospects of growth anymore, NextRidge will guide the way.

What need does this fill?
We believe that the Tech Valley region is at a time in its evolving history where the people and organizations that call it home are ready for a growth catalyst. The businesses that our world class research and development facilities have started are moving into the second or third phase of their growth and they will need the services to align and improve their human and technology resources, capital to fuel their expansion and growth efforts, and a proven management system that they can grow within. NextRidge, uniquely, can bring all of these to bear.
