NextRidge, Inc., formerly Telecommunications Analysis Group, Inc., was founded by Pat Maney and several other investors in Albany, New York in early 1991. Since then NextRidge has grown into a diverse portfolio of synergistic communications companies. Collectively, our companies, as Telecommunications Analysis Group, were recognized one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

The company began by maintaining large, but aging, telephone systems. As demand for sophisticated, yet economical, business communications solutions increased throughout the 1990s, new product lines were added and new applications and services were rolled out. This original business is now a wholly-owned subsidiary--TAG Solutions, LLC.

In 1997 the company formed a Network Services division to help telephone companies and equipment manufacturers manage the network equipment deployment challenges they were experiencing in the wake of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This business is now a wholly-owned subsidiary--ANS Advanced Network Services, LLC.

In 1997, the company formed a Professional Staffing Division to help major telecommunications companies meet the demand for skilled technicians to support their unprecendented network buildouts. This business now provides a full suite of workforce solutions and is a wholly-owned subsidiary--Raize Staffing Solutions, LLC.

Today, NextRidge, Inc. is a management holding company that provides diversified management services and investment capital to businesses within the northeastern United States.
