Timothy M. Lawrence appointed Vice President of Business Development of Telecommunications Analysis Group

Albany, New York - April 7, 2003

Telecommunications Analysis Group has appointed Mr. Timothy as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Tim will be responsible for the overall revenue growth of Telecommunications Analysis Group and its portfolio companies and will report directly to Shaun P. Mahoney, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Tim previously served as Director of Business Development at Advanced Network Services.
