Telecommunications Analysis Group Changes Name to NextRidge

Albany, New York - April 14, 2006

To reflect its new vision and focus, Telecommunications Analysis Group (TAG) announced today its plans to change the company's name to NextRidge, Inc.

Founded by Patrick T. Maney in 1991 and originally focused on maintaining large, aging telephone systems, NextRidge has since grown into the parent company for a diverse collection of synergistic service companies.

"The NextRidge name more accurately reflects the company's long-term vision of assembling a portfolio of service companies that will provide the strategic resources needed to take people and organizations to the next level of success," said Shaun Mahoney, president and CEO of TAG, now NextRidge.

Current TAG companies, including TAGSolutions, Advanced Network Services (ANS), Raize Professional and Raize Technical, will continue to operate as usual under the NextRidge umbrella. The individual companies will not change their names nor will their services be interrupted.

TAGSolutions and ANS help companies to improve their productivity and maximize return on their technology investment by recommending, providing and installing the right voice, data and cabling infrastructure solutions for their business needs. TAGSolutions is the premier business communications company in Upstate and Central New York, offering a comprehensive suite of business technology products and services throughout the region. ANS is a TL 9000-registered provider of Engineer, Furnish and Install (EF&I) services to the northeast region telecommunications industry.

Raize Professional and Raize Technical Staffing help companies build successful teams by actively searching for the best talent in the marketplace. Raize Professional is a retained search firm that focuses on finding the appropriate candidate for high-level financial, sales, IT and management positions. Its thorough analysis ensures the right fit for both the position and for the customer's organizational culture. Raize Technical concentrates on the technology industry and specializes in finding qualified IT and telecom sector technicians.

The company has recently added The NextRidge Leadership Institute to its inventory of service companies. Led by NextRidge CEO Shaun Mahoney, The NextRidge Leadership Institute offers management and leadership training in such forums as the eMerging Manager Training program, organized in conjunction with the Siena Business School, and Columbia High School's Leadership training program.

NextRidge may look to selectively add additional core service companies over time to meet further customer needs and in direct support of its vision to help take people and organizations to the next level.
